Description: Black or grey powder, no smell and no sapor, can be solved slowly in hot muriatic acid and vitriol, it becomes when exposed in air, but can't hydrate, not solve in water, when heated to 950 centigrade, it turns into CoO2. |
Widely used as oxidizer, oil paint, pottery and enamel material, cobalt catalyzer.
